Black History Month Celebrations
The history of Blacks is often inadequately reflected in the general history of Canada; therefore, there is a need for specific attention to said history. February (Black History Month) is the month in which we bear witness to the progress, richness, and diversity of the achievements and contributions of Blacks in Canada and around the world. It is also a time to reflect on the issues and difficulties that were faced, and continue to be faced within the Black community. The following events are open to the public and everyone is invited to attend. We hope to see you there! FOR MORE INFORMATION, Email: bhm.winnipeg@gmail.com
