MARL Welcomes New Program Developer

 MARL is pleased to welcome Vicki Vaags as our new Program Developer for the Human Rights Education Program.  Vicki is passionate about social justice and the possibilities for change globally and locally.  She recently returned from volunteering in Kenya and has also volunteered in Haiti and Brazil.  She has traveled extensively throughout Canada, the US and  Mexico and is excited about the rising awareness of human rights issues.

Vicki graduated with a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Winnipeg. She has taught for several years and proudly calls the ‘North End’ of Winnipeg home. She is excited to have the opportunity continue working to further awareness of human rights and social justice issues among youth.
