Run for Rights


The Manitoba Association for Rights and Liberties is participating in the 10th Annual Run For Rights on Saturday June 4th, 2011.  This event that raises awareness and money in support of Winnipeg organizations working for Social Justice and Human Rights.  You can participate in the event by walking, biking, rollerblading or running and gathering pledges to support organizations such as MARL.  If you would like to walk, bike, run or blade for MARL, you can find a MARL pledge for here:

Pledge money and forms can be turned in on the day when you register between 8:30-9am.  The run starts at 9:30am and takes place in Kildonan Park.  Snacks and entertainment will be provided after the run.  As well MARL is providing a tax receipt for any donations $10 or more, and the Run donates a FREE Run 4 Rights T-shirt to anyone who raises more than $150 in pledges…. We hope to see everyone out on June 4th.
